Lake Pointe Condominiums consist of 10 units, six 2 bedroom and four 3 bedroom
    conveniently located near the clubhouse.  All units are non-smoking and  fully
    furnished.  These condominiums are available to members of Lake Pointe and Coast
    to Coast.  You will find everything you need except for food, clothing ,toilet articles and
    towels for pool use waiting for you.  Cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet access are provided
                                         
                                   RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

    Condo reservations are accepted by phone (830-935-4351) daily between 8:00 am
    and 6:00 pm.   Rental rates, fees and deposits will be discussed during that call.  A
    deposit of $80.00 cash, check or credit card is required within 5 days for your
    reservation to be valid.

                                         CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    Should you need to cancel your reservation you will receive a 100% refund of your
    deposit, or prepayment, if we are contacted at least 72 hours before your scheduled
    check-in time.  

    There will be NO REFUND if you contact Lake Point Resort less than 72 hours before
    your scheduled check-in time.
                                    
                                 OCCUPANCY & CHECK IN/OUT TIMES

    The MAXIMUM capacity for condos rented by Lake Pointe Members are:

            2 bedroom unit is 6 people      3 bedroom unit is 7 people

    The MAXIMUM capacity for condos rented by Coast to Coast Guests are:

            2 bedroom unit is 4 people      3 bedroom units is 6 people


    CHECK-IN time is between 3 pm and 6 pm  Late arrivals please call ahead to make
    arrangements.

    CHECK-OUT time is no later than NOON
                                                     
                                               SMOKING & PETS

    There is no smoking or pets, with the exception of service animals, allowed in the
    condo units or any building at Lake Pointe Resort

                                                              PARKING

    The parking lot in front of the condominiums will not accommodate boats, trailers or
    oversize vehicles.  But a designated boat parking area is available in the nearby
    gated section of the resort.  All vehicles must display car tags while on the resort
    property.
