Classes of Membership


           1.  Member access  with owner voting privileges during calender year
                 expiring December 31st.

            2.  Maintenance fee of $340 due each January 1st.

            3.  When you pay your maintenance fee each year, you may choose either
                 63 camping days (plus metered electric charges) or 7 condo days.   

                 If you choose camping days, you still have the use of
                 the condos at a greatly reduced price.  If you choose condo days, you
                 may still camp, again at a greatly reduced price.  Either option is a
                 great deal!

            4.  First year joining cost is $615.00.  As long as your membership
                 remains current, the second and following calendar years cost
                 only the maintenance fee.

            5.  NO CONTRACT OBLIGATION

            4.  First year joining cost is $440.00.  As long as your
                 membership remains current, the second and following calendar years
                 cost only the current maintenance fee.

            5.  Upgrade to a full voting membership at any time for a one time
                 payment of $275.  Upgrade within two years of first joining and you will
                 receive credit for the initial $100 administration fee making your
                 upgrade cost $175.

            6.  NO CONTRACT OBLIGATION
RV Site Usage and Rotation
Fair Use Restrictions
    Lake Pointe does not take reservations for RV sites, they are chosen by members from
    inventory available upon arrival.  To give everyone a chance to occupy choice sites,
    members may not occupy the same site for more than 28 days if park is 75% or more full.  
    After that they must move to another site. If park is 90% or more then members must take
    7 days out of the park every 21 days. See current rules and regulations for any exceptions

    Each class has a number of camping days included with current maintenance fees here
    are examples of use:

     Class A has 63 days

    Use as many as 63 days (plus metered electric charges) in a row or spread it out over the
    year. (Some restrictions may apply see above for fair use policy )
       After using your 63 days the member may:

            Use more days in a row @ $9.00 per day (plus metered electric charges)


    Class C has 42 days
       Use as many as 42 days (plus metered electric charges) in a row or spread it out over the
year.(Some restrictions may apply see above for fair use policy )
After using your 42 days the member may:

            Use more days in a row @ $9.00 per day (plus metered electric charges) then


    Our members come from:
Class A - Voting Membership:  $275.00 - one time fee
(as long as your membership remains current)
Class C - Membership:  $100.00 - one time administrative fee
(as long as your membership remains current)
